red dot laser alignment |
The external DC input power supply is always being designed with certain length extending line. The cautious design of electric line can make it easily connected with laser alignment at within long operating distance. In order to make line projection more easily, both DC input power supply and dot laser alignment are designed with extending electric line in order to make free adjustment in continuous dot projection.
For those of long distance dot projection work, operators will need to choose high powered dot laser alignment in order to project bright enough red reference dot on required operating surfaces. Usually high powered alignment laser is always configured with large operating voltage power supply. The operating voltage supported for such kind of laser gadget is usually about 4V, and the maximum voltage should not exceed 5V. Once the external power supply is providing higher voltage power, it might easily burn out the inner 650nm red laser diode and electric circuit board in continuous dot projection. If the selected operating voltage of laser alignment is lower than expected, the projecting red reference dot will not be bright enough to support the whole process of dot projection in industrial operating fields. Whenever users are making dot projection with red laser alignment, it is just necessary to select the most suitable operating voltage so as to get the best dot measurement on required working fields successfully and efficiently.
